If you are requesting a medication change, please note managing medication changes is most effectively done during your appointment and you will be advised to schedule an appointment to discuss changes with your provider.
To request a medication refill, you must download the Spruce App and send a refill request with the name of the medication you are requesting. If there has been a change to your pharmacy, please include that in your request.
Please note: refill requests are not managed after hours or on weekends and may not be approved if a follow up appointment is past due.
If you are requesting a refill on a controlled medication, you must have a follow up appointment scheduled before sending the request.
